County Court Judgement

Collection Process

1. CCJ Assessment

Once you have successfully secured a County Court Judgement (CCJ) it is then time to act, as long as the CCJ in question has a value of £600.00 and over you can transfer it up to the High Courts where we will obtain a High Court Writ of Control. Once you are sure that this is the best option for you we will then proceed with the Enforcement.

2. Instructing Our Team

Simply call us to be assigned a Case Manager (CM) who will be your only port of call throughout the process. They will discuss your case at length and send you all relevant information that is required.

3. Enforcing Your Debt/s

Once your CCJ has been successfully transferred to the High Court you will then be assigned a Enforcement agent who will be a second contact for you, keeping you updated with the situation after attendance. This  process is proven to deliver a 92% success rate. We do not write off the remaining 8% as it can still be worked on for up to twelve months.
